Now that’s a big dormer! No objection from the Parish Council, they seem to be very reasonable in Windlesham. On balance, the addition of this dormer in this location is probably a bit tight to the front of the neighbour’s at right angles on the right-hand side, who are likely to lose some privacy in their front bedrooms from the proposed new window. It looks like this development was originally carefully designed in order to avoid this scenario, and so in this case the decision seems fair, probably no real way forward for the applicant in this location.
