The Location of the application is a corner plot, merging two rear gardens to form a small building plot appears very achievable. As we are all aware, land is at a premium, and where it is a built-up suburb, housing is acceptable as long as the neighbours amenity is respected. This scheme tidies-up a shabby street scene, and has been carefully considered keeping the scale down and the style of the design in-keeping with the surroundings.
